I’ll venture to say that there are many of us who eagerly await only The Thoughts of Leah, whatever topic that may arise from her brain on any given week. And I’m sure there are others like me, who especially enjoy any insight we might glean into how the mind of a generational talent works. Even in what you call self-indulgence, your superpower remains brilliant and elegant insight through vulnerability.
It probably doesn’t make sense to ask you not to overthink, but we are all here for you, in the many ways that sentiment might be understood. Damn the central tendency, embrace the wild woolly world of the distribution.
I found in my own similar struggles, with health and work and creativity and love, what served me best was a certain comfort—or at least less discomfort—with uncertainty.
I also love frameworks but I have also learned to trust the wild universe and the people it puts in front of me. There’s a real magic in the way opportunity and delight can come from a universe that otherwise seems so random.
